FAST-AIMS is a Windows graphics user interface application. The sofware was developed and tested for Microsoft Windows XP.
- Dowload the latest version of software (version 1.1; release from 10/8/2008).
- The formative evaluation of the prior version of FAST-AIMS is described in this article.
- Sample datasets and corresponding files with M/Z values are provided in "Data" folder of the installation. The system recognizes space delimited text data files, each row of which corresponds to the intensity values of a sample and the first column of which corresponds to the response/outcome for each sample. The first column should contain consecutive integer values starting from 0 (e.g., 0, 1, 2, etc.).
- It is recommended to close all sessions of Matlab version 7 and above prior to running FAST-AIMS.
